Sleep is the body’s mechanism that allows the brain to reset and the body to repair. Without a good nights sleep, the brain is unable to cleanse itself properly and over time, it becomes damaged. 

Without sleep, the body is unable to repair itself properly; fatigue, aches and pains, decreasing mobility and increased risk of injury, trauma or disease follow as inevitably as night follows day.

And chronic stress, the omni present stress of daily life that causes restless, sleepless nights, is the primary controllable cause of Alzheimer’s and Dementia and a major contributing factor in the development of many of the diseases which threaten our wellbeing
